Frequently Asked Questions

Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions and important things to know. • If I need help with my flyer or print job what can I do?

You have several options available to you. 1) you can contact our design department and coordinate/arrange for custom design services for your print job. 2) you can access some of our online resources, such as the templates section and the submission guidelines. Either way, you're likely to find what you need. If in doubt, please give us a call.

• At what resolution should I submit my files?

Files should be submitted at least at 300 DPI. Submitting a file less than 300 DPI might cause it to look bad & we will not be responsible.

• What colors do you use to print? Can I use PMS colors?

Dreamwarz.com ONLY prints in CMYK. No Pantone, PMS, RGB, etc.

• What is the turnaround time for orders placed at Dreamwarz.com?

Dreamwarz.com can provide anywhere from 3 working day turnaround to even 2 Day service. Our standard turnaround times are 24Hrs. for local customers.

• Will I always receive the exact amount and the exact size of what I order?

As industry standard, you will receive within 10% more or less due to errors. As far as the final size, due to the INEVITABLE tolerances in paper mills, on printing presses, and on cutters, the final size of your job may vary slightly. For example, if you submit a 4 x 6 the final size can really be as small as 3 7/8 x 5 7/8 (3.875 x 5.875). This is a printing standard and is completely acceptable.

• If I provide a color proof, will you match it on press?

We do not proof jobs! By the time the job goes to the press, all edits should be final, the copy carefully proof read, and design issues settled. When you go to press, make sure the copy has been pre approved. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOFING ANY SUBMITTED JOBS.

• What are the payment terms?

Dreamwarz.com does not offer credit to any customers. All orders must be payed in full before going to print, sorry no exceptions.

• Do I need to contact you regarding shipping of my order?

Yes. Please make sure you contact us to arrange your shipping in order for us to get you your job on time. If you do not make prior shipping arrangements your job will be placed on hold at our pick up facility. 

• How do I cancel a job already in progress?

Due to the nature of the 24 hour turnaround, we process jobs as soon as they are received. If you need to cancel an order you have placed, you must contact us and speak to a representative. If we can catch the job before it goes to print, we will be more than happy to cancel it, but if the job is already plated and scheduled for production, you are responsible for full payment.
